Healing Hike in Kelowna – Moderate 5 km hike and learn about 5 herbs and their uses. Foraging practices and ethics. Connect with like minded people, get fresh air, movement and show up for yourself. At the top we will have a water break and I will facilitate an energy healing on the group. The healing with be for the Physical body, Emotional body, mental body, your spiritual self, soul cluster and all creation. You will receive a pamphlet for the herbs we will discuss and a herbal gift at the end.
